The New Dawn Foundation

The New Dawn Foundation Charity was established by us in 2012 to meet the needs in communities wherever needed. Below are the current causes we are raising money for. If you would like to make a donation, this will be greatly appreciated. Please, get in touch with us.

This Christmas we would like to raise money for a very special young girl, called Lubi. Lubi is a disabled child with profound learning difficulties caused by an untreatable and rare form of Epilepsy Syndrome. She is unable to speak or look after herself and relies on her mum Masha for all her daily needs. She also requires a 24 hour one to one supervision due to her unpredictable and frequent seizures.

Specialist equipment, toys and any other necessary purchases are very expensive for "special needs" children and we would like to help Masha raise £270.00 to buy a small smart TV with YouTube access so that Lubi can watch her favourite programmes. We are selling our Micro Pig Art pieces and will donate all of the proceeds for this cause. Please, help us raise £270.00 before the end of 2018 to make Lubi's special Christmas Wish come true!

If you would like to just donate money, please, email us. Thank you very much in advance.

Raise Money for Lubi

Our goal for 2019/2020 is to raise enough money through you, the generous public, for us to build our new Farm Animal Sanctuary for unwanted, abandoned and mistreated farm animals, so that they do not need to be put down unnecessarily but, instead, find a new loving home where they will be much loved and cared for.

In 2018 we supported Sharing Lives which is a Christian Charity that seeks to draw alongside people in the local community, offering support and friendship. We have already donated £2,000.00 to Sharing Lives because of your generosity. A special thank you also goes to Affordable Electrics and Repairs ltd for donating a large sum towards this cause.

In 2015 we collected £1,100.00 for the building of a school block in Zambia through the charity Hope Worldwide.

The Chibolya Community School in Kenyama district is in one of the poorest and most challenged areas of Lusaka, Zambia. The school has 510 children aged from 6 – 19
years with just six classrooms and a small office.Working in partnership with the school we helped to build a new school block consisting of an equipped computer classroom, and a sewing workroom for the women’s support group to make school uniforms and a school tuck shop. This new school block will benefit the whole community. During the construction, it was planned to train at least 10 young men and women in building construction skills. The cost of the building was around 200,000 Kwacha (approx £20,000), with an extra 40,000 Kwacha for equipment (£4,000).
